Frederike Migom

Frederike Migom studied theatre in New York before moving to Paris to study filmmaking, and later, Brussels, where she worked in film production. In 2013, she directed her first short film Malakim (Best Fiction Short, Shanghai International Film Festival). 'Nkosi Coiffure' received funding from the Flemish Audiovisual fund and has screened at various international film festivals, so far winning three awards. At the moment Migom is writing her first feature film 'Binti', with funding from the Flemish Audiovisual Fund, as well as developing a documentary, 'Si-G'.
